the four Medicare Advantage health plans they currently accept.

assist Polyclinic patients and their families to compare all four
plans and determine the plan that is the best fit. Offering "Multiple
Choices from a Single Source," Ucentris provides an unbiased
comparison of the different plans accepted at The Polyclinic.
Once a patient has arrived at a decision, representatives are available to guide patients through the enrollment process.

Ucentris Insured Solutions will be holding Medicare 101 informational classes designed for people aging in to Medicare and as a refresher for those already receiving benefits. For your convenience the meetings will be held immediately following “The Polyclinic, Medicare and You” presented by The Polyclinic.
